Our friendly staff members are always available to answer questions and help with the completion of necessary insurance and medical forms. Office manager for the company is Cathy Ringham, Tom Watson's sister. Cathy and the rest of the support team at Tom Watson's Lab are dedicated to helping patients and their families through the rehabilitation process as smoothly as possible.

Barbara Watson, wife of Tom and mother of Jeff Phelps, is actively involved in the family-owned firm as the business manager. She also handles public relations activities and a number of administrative tasks.
